More than 30 years after its inception, the Canadian Cancer Society's Great Ride 'n' Stride is still going strong, raising more than $600,000 each year for cancer research and community services.

This popular event has spread to dozens of communities where participants are riding their bikes, running and walking to raise money in the fight against cancer.
